Since its founding, PQS Japan Co., Ltd. has built its business around one core activity: exporting the high-quality vehicles Japan is known for to more than 20 countries, supported by strong relationships of trust with over 100 overseas partners.
We are now entering a new phase. By combining the hands-on experience we have gained in purchasing, servicing, and transport with our global network and the latest IT, we are launching a total car-life support business for vehicle owners in Japan — including foreign residents.
At its heart is our own application, PQS-connect. Drawing on real-time vehicle data, it links maintenance, insurance, financing, and other services in one place, available anywhere and in multiple languages. By removing language barriers and hidden costs, we aim to give everyone a car-life experience that is safe and genuinely enjoyable.
Business Overview
PQS Japan is a used-vehicle exporter based in Tokyo. We buy cars, trucks, and parts at Japanese auto auctions and from dealers we know well, prepare them for export, and ship them to buyers around the world. One team handles the whole journey, so nothing gets lost between a winning bid and a vehicle arriving at your port.
Buying a car you have never seen, from a country you may never visit, takes trust. We earn it with verified auction sheets, photographs of the actual vehicle, itemized quotations, and progress updates at every stage — from the yard to the vessel to your destination.
Vehicle Sourcing
We bid at every major Japanese auto auction and buy directly from dealers we have worked with for years. Tell us the make, model, and budget, and we bid on your behalf.
Quality Inspection
Before we buy, the auction sheet is verified and the vehicle photographed inside and out. What you approve is exactly what gets shipped.
Transparent Pricing
Quotations are broken down line by line — vehicle, freight, inspection, documentation — in FOB or CIF terms. The figure on your invoice is the figure you pay.
Shipping & Logistics
We book RoRo vessels and container space from Japanese ports to Africa, the Caribbean, Asia, and Oceania, and keep you informed until the vehicle lands.
Export Documentation
Export certificates, bills of lading, and inspection papers are prepared in-house and couriered to you as soon as your vehicle sails.
After-Sales Support
We stay reachable after delivery — for spare parts, advice on your vehicle, or your next order.
